Administration (NTIA), an Executive Branch agency within the Department

policies and presents Executive Branch views on
telecommunications matters to the Congress, the Federal Communications
Commission (Commission), and the public. NTIA, through the Office
of Spectrum Management, is also responsible for managing the federal
