dc.description.abstract The study explored the profile of adolescents’ positive emotions, and examine its role as the indicator of their psychological well-being. Basing on ex-post facto approach, the study adopted simple retrospective design with one group of 160 male and female adolescent students with age range of 16 to 18 years. The cluster analysis (k-Means) yielded two clusters on the basis of ten positive emotions. The results of the study posited that positive emotions were found to play as an indicator of the psychological well-being of the adolescent students irrespective of their genders. The findings would be useful for developing specific intervention programme for enhancing adolescent students’ psychological well-being by fostering their positive emotions.
