Women are the pioneers of a nation. According to a United Nations secretary-general report,
women constitute 50 per cent of human resources, the most significant human resource.
Women play an essential role in sustainable development and quality of life in the family.
The most anticipated parts of women in the family are wife, leader, administrator, manager of
family income, and last but not least important the mother
