dc.description.abstract An affinity matrix (Sepharose 6B-divinyl sulfone-pentaphosphomannan) has been developed which can be efficiently used for the purification of the MPR 215 from different tissues of rat as well as from goat liver. The matrix developed is relatively easy to prepare compared with the available procedures, and can be used for the purification of similar receptor proteins from other sources.
